How to delete your AI Net account
Account Deletion
This page explains how you can delete your AI Net account and what happens when you do so.
If you choose to delete your account, the process is permanent. Once your account is removed, you will lose access to your AI Net dashboard, progress history, and any content that is stored only inside your AI Net profile.
Please read this guide carefully before you continue.
Before you delete your account
Before you request deletion, please make sure you:
Save or export any important information you wish to keep, such as notes, templates, or learning records
Confirm that you no longer need access to your AI Net journeys, missions, and success paths
Check that any payments or commissions linked to your AI Net account are already processed in the main AFC system, as AI Net is only a supporting portal
Deleting your AI Net account will not automatically cancel or change any agreements you have with AFC or other platforms outside AI Net.
Option 1: Delete your account from your profile
If you are able to log in to your AI Net account, you can send a deletion request directly from your profile.
Log in to your AI Net account at
https://ai.afcsupplement.comGo to My Account or Profile after you log in
Scroll to the Account settings section
Select Delete my account
Read the warning message about what will be removed
Confirm by selecting Yes, delete my account
You may be asked to enter your password again for security
After you confirm, your account will be queued for deletion and you will be signed out
You will see an on screen message confirming that your deletion request has been received.
If this option is not available in your profile, you can use Option 2 below.
Option 2: Request account deletion from support
If you cannot log in or you do not see the delete option in your account settings, you can ask our team to help you.
Please send an email to our support team with the subject:
Request to delete AI Net account
Include the following details:
Your full name as registered in AI Net
The email address you used to sign up
Your AFC member ID if you have one
A clear statement such as:
“I request permanent deletion of my AI Net account and understand that this action cannot be reversed.”
Once we receive your request, we will:
Verify your identity using the information you provide
Confirm that the correct account has been identified
Schedule your account for deletion from our active systems
Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
What will be deleted
When your AI Net account is deleted, we will remove or anonymise:
Your AI Net login account
Your profile details stored in AI Net
Your journey progress and completion records inside the AI Net portal
Any AI Net only preferences and settings linked to your user profile
Some data may be kept for a limited time in secure backups for technical and legal reasons. These backups are not used for active processing and are automatically cleared after the retention period.
If any information must be kept to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements, we will keep only the minimum necessary and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.
What will not be affected
Deleting your AI Net account will not:
Delete or change your AFC membership in the official AFC systems
Cancel or refund any payments made through external platforms such as AFC apps or payment gateways
Remove records that AFC must keep for legal or compliance purposes
For changes to your AFC membership or commissions, please refer to AFC official channels.
Can I restore my account after deletion
No. Once your AI Net account has been deleted and processed, it cannot be restored.
If you decide to join AI Net again in future, you will need to create a new account and start a new success path.
